A number of authors identify themselves as Slipstream authors, and it is starting to appear as a genrecategory on book listing sites. I personally and Im not alone see Roald Dahl as the grandfather of Slipstream, particularly with regard to his Tales Of The Unexpected works. The unexpected, is most important in Slipstream. Slipstream, at least as I see it, is the modern approach to the MysteryMacabre genre. But, being modern, it has some important differences. But do bear in mind that you still need to conform to Create. Spaces requirements in this case for a book in 6x. Trim, which the Page styles are particularly relevant to, and you will still need the Paragraph styles looking good for e. Book publication. Note one other thing I live in Australia and abhor Imperial units of measurement, but unfortunately the world of printing and publishing is still firmly using them. You need to set Open. Keeping the chapters separate gives you a lot more flexibility.
